Visual Design Support for a Leader in Clean Energy Technology

Intertie provides modern clean energy solutions including solar, energy storage, and EV charging to help organizations reduce costs, increase reliability, and build more sustainable infrastructure. When their team began developing a new Webflow website, they needed a strong visual system to communicate complex energy concepts in a clear and modern way.

Our studio was brought into the project by a partnering Webflow agency to design every illustration, icon, graphic, and animation used throughout the site. The goal was to create visuals that matched Intertie’s engineering precision while still being approachable to customers.

Understanding the Challenge

Clean energy systems involve highly technical processes, and Intertie needed a visual language that could simplify this information without losing accuracy. Their new website required:

• A full icon set for services, features, and benefits
• Larger diagrams that explain systems and workflows
• Animated elements to convey movement and energy flow
• Lottie animations for subtle interactive moments
• Consistent styling across all assets

Creating a Complete Custom Graphics System

We designed a full collection of over 30 custom graphics, all built from the ground up to support Intertie’s brand and website.

This included:

• Icon sets for solar, EV charging, energy storage, software, and monitoring
• Larger technical diagrams explaining how Intertie’s systems work
• Animated elements to show energy movement, charging, and flow
• Interactive Lottie animations implemented across the site
• UI-aligned illustrations that matched the new Webflow design direction
  

Each graphic was created using a unified line weight, color palette, and visual structure to keep the entire website feeling cohesive and professional.

Animation & Lottie Files

To make parts of the website more engaging, we produced multiple Lottie animations that were:

• Lightweight for fast loading
• Smooth and clean on all devices
• Perfectly integrated into Webflow
• Designed to highlight key product features
  

These animations help users understand how Intertie’s solutions work, while adding subtle motion to the interface.

Throughout the project, we worked closely with the agency developing the Webflow website. This included preparing export-ready files, optimizing assets for Webflow performance, and ensuring all graphics were easy for developers to embed.
