A Modern Webflow Experience for Vancouver’s Leading Latin Dance Community
Vancouver Latin Fever is one of the city’s top destinations for salsa dancing, Latin nightlife, cruises, DJ services, and dance events. Their website plays a major role in helping people discover weekly happenings, book tickets, join classes, and stay updated with Vancouver’s Latin music and dance scene.
After seeing our work for The Cambie Bar, the client reached out wanting the same level of quality, speed, and modern design for their platform. Their existing WordPress site had become outdated, slow, and increasingly unreliable due to broken plugins, including their ticketing system. They needed a fresh start, a smoother workflow, and a platform they could trust.

Understanding the Challenge
The previous WordPress website presented several issues:
- Broken ticketing system due to outdated plugins
- Slow loading times and inconsistent responsiveness
- Old theme and plugin conflicts causing features to stop working
- A lack of modern UI/UX suitable for today’s users
- Difficulty managing events and content
- A blog that needed to be migrated without losing SEO
The client wanted a modern, fast, colorful Webflow website that captured the energy of Latin nightlife in Vancouver, and would work flawlessly for years to come.

A Bold, Latin-Inspired Design System
We created a vibrant visual direction built around the personality of Vancouver Latin Fever:
- Bold pink and purple palette inspired by Latin nightlife
- High-contrast modern UI elements
- Smooth, expressive interactions
- A layout designed for fast browsing and clear event discovery
- Clean sections for cruises, classes, DJ services, and club nights
The design feels alive, energetic, and true to the atmosphere of Latin dance culture while staying clean and easy to navigate.

Modern Webflow Development With Scalable Structure
The entire site was rebuilt in Webflow using a clean, scalable development approach to ensure long-term stability and easy updates.
Key improvements include:
- Faster load times
- Clean class architecture for future maintainability
- Responsive layouts optimized for mobile-first browsing
- CMS collections for events, blog posts, instructors, and more
- Smooth transitions and interactions
- Accessibility-focused structure
The result is a site that feels polished, smooth, and intuitive across all devices.

Automatic Ticketing With TicketTailor + Zapier + Webflow CMS
One of the biggest upgrades was replacing the broken WordPress ticketing system with a fully automated event and ticket workflow.
We set up:
- A new TicketTailor account
- Zapier automations connecting TicketTailor to Webflow CMS
- Automatic syncing of new events
- On-site ticket purchasing without leaving the website
- Easy QR-code ticket scanning workflow for the client
Now, whenever Vancouver Latin Fever creates a new event in TicketTailor, it instantly appears on the website. No duplicates, no manual updating, no broken plugins.
This setup dramatically reduces the client’s workload and gives customers a seamless experience from browsing to purchase.

Content Migration With SEO Preservation
The client had an existing blog on WordPress, and it was important to keep every article, image, and URL intact.
We migrated:
- All blog posts into Webflow CMS
- Categories, featured images, and structure
- All URLs, without changes
Because URLs stayed identical, no redirects were required, thus helping preserve existing SEO value and maintain search rankings.

The Outcome
The new Vancouver Latin Fever website is:
- Fast, modern, and responsive
- Vibrant and reflective of Latin dance culture
- Effortless for customers to use
- Simple for the client to manage
- Technically sound and built for long-term growth
With its automated ticketing system, stronger SEO foundation, improved UX/UI, and a bold visual identity, the website now supports every part of the business, from salsa classes and DJ services to cruises and nightlife events.
Vancouver Latin Fever finally has a digital experience as lively and energetic as the community they’ve built.
