A Unified Digital Presence for One of Vancouver’s Leading Hospitality Groups
The Cambie Malone’s Group (TCMG) is one of Western Canada’s most recognized hospitality organizations, with multiple bars, hostels, liquor stores, and restaurants across Vancouver and Vancouver Island. With 8 locations and 100+ staff, TCMG manages some of the most iconic spots in the city, including The Cambie Bar, Malone’s Taphouse, The Cambie Hostels, Lucky’s Liquor Store, Cask & Keg, Take Out Shack, and The 515 Bar.
After working with several of their venues individually, TCMG approached us to create a central company website that represents the group as a whole. The goal was to build a clean, simple, and modern experience that highlights their locations, their brand legacy, and their head office operations.

Understanding the Challenge
Unlike their venue websites, the TCMG website needed to be:
- Simple and corporate, not promotional
- A central hub for staff, partners, and applicants
- A space to highlight company culture and leadership
- A directory for all TCMG-owned venues
- Functional, clean, and easy to navigate
The website also required several internal workflows:
- Staff login area
- Downloadable documents and resources
- Gift card request forms
- Contact forms for head office communication
The challenge was to create a unified digital identity while still subtly reflecting the personality of each venue.

Designing a Clean, Unified Corporate Website
We crafted a simple and modern design direction that ties TCMG’s brands together without overwhelming users. The focus was clarity, professionalism, and ease of use.
The design includes:
- A clean layout with clear information hierarchy
- Subtle visual connections to each of the group’s venues
- A professional tone suitable for a parent corporation
- Modern typography and a flexible grid structure
- A layout optimized for quick navigation
The goal was to support TCMG’s operations while giving an accurate sense of the company’s scale and values.

Webflow Development for Practical, Everyday Use
We developed the website in Webflow using a strong, scalable structure and built-in CMS features that support TCMG’s operational needs.
Key development highlights include:
- Responsive layouts across all breakpoints
- CMS-driven venue listings
- Secure staff login area for document downloads
- Head office contact and request forms
- Clean class architecture for future maintainability
- Simple interactions that improve user experience without distraction
Because the website serves internal teams as much as external visitors, reliability and ease of use were top priorities.

A Long-Term Partnership Built on Trust
One of the most meaningful aspects of this project is the relationship behind it. After building multiple websites for TCMG venues, from The Cambie to Take Out Shack to Cask & Keg, the group chose to continue working with us because they value:
- Fast communication
- Clean, modern design
- Reliable technical solutions
- Quality across all brands
The TCMG website is a natural extension of the collaboration. It brings all their venues under one digital roof while giving staff, partners, and visitors a streamlined way to connect with the company.

The Outcome
The final website is:
- Simple, modern, and clear
- A central hub for all TCMG venues
- Functional for staff and head office workflows
- Built to grow alongside the company
- Consistent with the brand identity across all their locations
The Cambie Malone’s Group now has a professional online presence that reinforces their leadership in Vancouver’s hospitality scene and supports the internal operations that keep their locations running every day.
